Job Description:

As a Business Development Officer, you will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and promote our digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead generation and prospect research
Client acquisition through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
Consultative selling of digital marketing services
Relationship management and customer support
Proposal and quotation preparation
Achievement of sales targets
Market research and competitor analysis
Collaboration with marketing and project teams
Reporting and CRM updates

Qualifications

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
Strong sales orientation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred
